As the owner of a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Bus, I was searching for someone to wash and wax it.  I quickly found that the vast majority of professional RV washing services utilize high pressure washing equipment, because, let’s be honest, it takes less effort.  However, RV manufacturers and experts generally advise against high-pressure washing because it can damage seals, paint, and decals, and force water into seams and vents, leading to leaks.  Then, I found RV Recon, who advertises hand washing and waxing services – just what I was looking for.  I contacted Stuart Craig via the website to arrange for an appointment, and I’m so glad I did.  I found Stuart to be personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, and I’m truly amazed at how great the bus looks now.  It really does look better than new!   I’m a satisfied customer, and I recommend RV Recon without reservation.

I would like to take time and thank Stuart Craig and his crew for bringing my Thor Hurricane 34E back from the dead. After having a local hand wash company detail my Motorhome it looked nice for about 6 months and then things went down hill fast. In about a year it looked bad. I asked the company what product was used in the exterior; they would not tell me the name of the product. I contacted Stuart Craig with RV Recon for help. Stuart looked at and accepted the challenge of restoring the mess I got into. My Motorhome looks like it came out of the factory or even better. The shine is fantastic! Being a former active Marine, my expectations were very high, and RV Recon met them in spades.

I am not one who sits down and takes the time to write reviews.  But after my experience with RV Recon I am compelled to give credit where credit is due.  After extensive hours of research into different products and organizations that specialize in reconditioning and detailing I contacted Stuart Craig / Owner of RV Recon. We set an appointment to take a look at our 2019 Grand Design 315 Reflection Travel Trailer.  I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty, integrity, and timeliness.  He shows up on time, he won’t sell you what you don’t need, in fact he’ll talk you out of it instead of just taking your money.  His coworker on this day was Edwyn Valdez.  When you call and set up your appointment ask for this young man by name. His attention to detail, work ethic, and dedication to his craft is second to no one.  He applied the ceramic coating on the front end cap that will extend its life for years to come.  Then took the time to explain exactly what I need to do to keep the unit looking like new. This unit did not look this good when it came from the factory.  Thank you for an outstanding job at an affordable price.
